1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Free Standard Shipping We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00. This offer automatically applies at checkout once your order total meets the minimum requirement. Please note that orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via our Standard Shipping method.
5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You can view the exact shipping cost for your order at checkout before completing your purchase.
6. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages The MiNiT Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@theminitshop.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@theminitshop.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order ships, but this is not guaranteed.
